Ultimate Horror Instagram Experience – Take A Look Inside ‘I Like Scary Movies’ Exhibition
You might remember that a few months ago we covered a Los Angles interactive art exhibition named ‘I Love Scary Movies’. Among the growing trend for museum experiences designed for Instagram, the installation stood out as offering some truly exciting innovations and the experience to step into the eerie worlds of some of our favourite movies.

‘I Love Scary Movies’ is now open, and has welcomed horror fans from all over the world to wander in the worlds of The Shining, IT, and Nightmare on Elm Street – among many others. Visitors have been taking advantage of the unique sets to capture spine-tingling photos. Maximillian of Ultra Productions, who created the experience, is a massive horror fan and it shows in the level of detail to be found in this 25,000-square-foot nightmare.

Tributes to The Shining include a splintered door for enacting the infamous axe scene, the elevator, the iconic carpet and a hedge maze spelling ‘REDRUM’. IT is represented in a hall filled with suspended paper boats and the opportunity to venture into the lair of Pennywise.

Freddy fans have also been photographed enjoying a giant replica of the slasher’s glove, and a throne made from the melted head of his victims.
