David Rapoza is a freelance artist from Aurora, CO. He is the creator of Skull and Shark, and his clients include Bethesda, Hasbro, Blizzard, Universal, Lionsgate, MTV, Riot Games, and Ignition Print. David specialises in his striking style of character portraits, with amazing depth, colours and detail. Most recently, Dave has completed a re-imagining of 15 classic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles characters. Originally he had planned to only complete Bebop and Rocksteady, but after a hugely positive reaction he made a list of characters he wanted to re-create. When the first of his images was posted to reddit, he received over 100,000 hits, and the images have been widely shared across the world.
