You may remember a while back we shared the genius indie horror podcast My Neighbors Are Dead. The series is a podcast hosted Adam Peacock and produced by Nate Dufort. Each week, Adam sits down with the lesser known characters from your favorite horror films, these “just beyond the terror” guests are played each week by the very best improvisers/comedians from the LA/Chicago comedy communities. AVClub calls the show “Comedic Gold.” and Vulture says it’s “ghoulish, weird, and funny.”
Together, the team attempt to answer questions that horror fans probably haven’t thought of – but will want the answer to. What was on the menu at Damien’s birthday party? How has the Blair Witch economy responded to the horror that was filmed on their doorsteps? And how is the tech company behind The Ring’s cursed video been doing since the allegations their product killed customers?
The team are excited to host Katie Featherston (Paranormal Activity) on this week’s My Neighbors Are Dead. She joins Adam on a journey into the world of the horror film Candyman as a former Chicago grad student of professor Trevor Lyle.
