Bibliophiles Made These Horror Novel Posters Using Only Text

You might think you have every kind of horror poster imaginable, but we can guarantee you won’t have anything like the works of PosterText. Comprised of a group of bibliophiles, the company creates originally designed posters for classic literary works – including many iconic horror novels.

Their works include Dracula, Frankenstein, Jekyll and Hyde and the tales of Edgar Allan Poe. There are no lines or shapes on the posters at all, the text directly from the source material making up the minimalist images.

Each of the posters is designed from scratch, after the team have read and immersed themselves in the world of the books. The result produces a brand new way to enjoy these horror classics, and a striking piece of artwork.

So if you’re looking for a gift for the horror and book nerd in your life – you’ll want to check out their full collection. The folks at Postertext are also generously donating one of their horror posters to our raffle at the Glasgow Horror Festival.
