Almost every movie genre has its own fanbase, whether we talk about rom-com or noir, thriller or western. However, horror movies have always been a classic which is why the demand for these is high even today.

If you love online casinos and games like Online Slots, Online Roulette, etc. which are actually one of the best ways to gamble today, and also horror movies, then you will be surprised to know that there a few movies that combine both elements and are quite entertaining too.

The following are some of the best casino-horror movies of all time that you must check out:

Remains is a post-apocalyptic film with zombies and casinos. Yep, we know it’s already sounding so good!

Tory and Tom work at the Silver Star Casino in Reno and on a slow day, as they are about to engage in a sexual encounter they hear about “destruction of nuclear weapons for peace” go wrong and a nuclear blast goes off. This leads to the rise of a whole army of zombies that want to eat the survivors alive.

In many ways, Remains is a classic zombie movie in which the only thing the survivors care about is to save themselves from the zombies. It’s interesting to see how they take refuge in an abandoned casino in Reno and do whatever they can to stay alive. The unusual setting of the casino alone makes a big difference in the overall feel of the movie. This is because usually, you would see a hospital, an island, shopping mall, etc. in most of the zombie movies.

Dead Man’s Hand

Directed by Charles Band, Dead Man’s Hand is an outstanding horror movie that was released in 2007 in the US.

Matthew Dragna inherits a casino from his dead uncle and so heads to the outskirts of casino mecca Las Vegas with his friends and girlfriend JJ only to find an eerie and strange-looking casino building. Little did he know that the casino is haunted by the ghosts of dead gangsters who now want to settle scores with them. And so, Dragna has to fight these ghosts for his life which is a big problem because they won’t give up so easily and are drunk on vengeance.

Leprechaun 3

It was just like any other night in the casino hub Las Vegas, with bright lights flashing all around the city, people having a great time with friends and families, until a one-eyed man with one hand and one leg steps into a pawn shop and presents a Leprechaun statue which actually looks appalling and disturbing.

However, the man says that the statue brings good luck while at the same time warns not to touch the gold medallion that it’s wearing. Unfortunately, the warning falls on deaf ears and the show owner removes the medallion along with his pot of gold. As soon as he does it, the Leprechaun comes to life and jumps on him to bite an ear off.

Around the same time, a young man Scott tries his luck at a casino in Las Vegas but loses. So, he goes to the pawn shop where he finds the Leprechaun.

The Leprechaun will do anything, including killing, to protect his gold. Scott has to decide whether to kill the Leprechaun and his gold or to keep it and remain a Leprechaun himself.

Even though there are a number of horror genres and sub-genres, the casino horror genre will always remain a classic. So, if you love horror movies and gambling, then you should definitely check out the movies above. You will love them!
