This Artist Draws Horror Characters Like A Gorgeous Vintage Children’s Book

Nikita Orlov is an artist and illustrator with a passion for colorful children’s illustrations – and horror movies! Nikita decided to combine the playful shapes and colorful illustrations of children’s books with his favorite horror movies.

He came up with a fictional world, a woodland where horror movie animals live. The images seem to match the personalities of the villains with the right animals perfectly; we particularly appreciate the pig butcher Leatherface!
