King for a Day: Tribute to Stephen King

A tribute to the fantastic universe of the master of horror Stephen King, the Hero Complex Gallery held an exhibition earlier this year called ‘King for a Day’. The gallery display a lot of pop culture themes pieces, explaining

“Hero Complex Gallery always aims to be that home for artists and collectors.  Our goal is simple:  devise fun shows for cool talented artists that the fans will dig, inspire a creative and collaborative environment that makes everyone shine, and help support a few worthy charities along the way.  We think you’re all rock stars and truly appreciate your participation whether you’re an artist or collector”.

 Although not all of the pieces in the show were horror based, there were some pretty awesome entries based on his creepier works. You can see the full collection at on the gallery’s website, and we’ve picked some of our personal highlights out below.
